The Vila is located central of Krk-Island and offers a lot of oportunities to discover Krk within short distances. Main advantage of this location is, that you can also enjoy a silent day in a green and little town without noise and traffic. The building and it´s pool are luxury. The owner and the neigbour, which can be reached 24/7 in case of any problems are very helpful. All in all clear recommendation for families and couples, searching for relaxing and comfortable stay in Krk.

The best villa we have ever stayed in and very clean, kitchen has everything you need and more. The whole accommodation is just great. The two saunas are fantastic also both pools. Host is very helpful. We would highly recommend this property! 5+ stars

Villa Kamenica is a beautiful villa on a beautiful island with superb hosts. It is centrally located so is ideal for exploring the islands with all its many secret coves and beaches. There is a shop within walking distance for bread etc and the large supermarkets are only 10 minutes away. The villa is very well equipped and the hosts responded within minutes of any queries. We were two families travellling together with children ranging from 7-21! there was enough space for everyone and the kids got their monies worth from the swiming pools and jacuzzi. I would highly recommend this villa and we will be visiting KRK again it is a beautiful unspoilt island and will most certainly use this villa again. Both Ivica and Sandra (the hosts) made it feel like home from home - we was sad to leave!

We were there in a group of 3 couples, 2 with kids (4 months and 1 year). Everything was just perfect! The house is fully equipped, everything is in a very good condition. There is always enough space for everyone and it's great with kids! Plus Sandra and Ivica were very kind and helpful.

We were a group of 8 friends (4 couples), we stayed in Villa Kamenica from 11 to 18 august 2012. The house is very beautiful, comfortable and very accurate. The owners are friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot to Sandra and Ivica, we really appreciate our holiday in KRK and specially in Villa Kamenica. We suggest Villa Kamenica to all the people that would like to visit KRK.

My family and I visitted the island of KRK for the first time and had 14 days of rest and pleasure in this wonderful Villa. The Villa is located in the middle of the Island in the small town Kras. The town is very quit and unspoiled with the normal life going on and we shopped morning bread etc. in the local shop only a few hundred meters away for the Villa. The distance to other towns and beaches at KRK is within acceptable driving distance by car. We had 14 wonderful days in the villa and our children (age 2; 5 and 6) had a vere nice time of playing in the garden and swimming in the pool. The Villa inside is very well equipped and as everything is brand new the conditions of furnitures etc. in full covered our requireiments and expectations for having a nice holiday in all ways. The owner and the family is very friendly and helpfull which made the stay at KRK even more relaxed and easygoing than expected with releveant information and guidance through our stay.
