Villa with garden and pool 10 min from the sea

The villa is our second home, located 2 hours by car from Rome and 1 hour by train. We used to spend many weekends here in the spring, as well as part of our summer vacations. The villa is situated between Terracina and San Felice Circeo, two of the most popular summer destinations in the region. It’s a 15-minute walk or less than 10 minutes by bike to the beach.
The house is fully equipped and tastefully decorated, combining a nautical style with our love for the arts. The villa consists of two sections on the same level.
The main house includes 2 bedrooms (with king-size beds), 1 bedroom (with a French bed), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room (with a sofa bed), and a walk-in closet. The annex (dependence) features a separate entrance, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.
The exterior boasts a large covered patio with a big table and sofas, a private garden, and a private swimming pool.
The house is located along the stunning coastline of the Litorale Pontino, near the famous towns of San Felice Circeo, Sabaudia, Sperlonga, and Terracina. It faces the renowned island of Ponza, which can be reached by boat for a day trip. Here, you can enjoy a variety of beaches, from the dunes of Sabaudia to the rocky shores of Punta Rossa.
The surrounding natural landscape is abundant, with a national park, lakes, and mountains framing the sea. We love this area and will be happy to share tips with you to help you make the most of your stay (beach spots, cultural events, restaurants, and shopping destinations).
The house is conveniently located near all essential shops. To fully enjoy the area, we recommend having a car.
A stay in our villa can easily be combined with a few days in Rome.
