Villa with garden 20 minutes from Amsterdam

House was clean, with a nice private back yard, and conveniently close to train station, park, grocery store, and a couple eateries. Host was very accommodating and easy to get in contact with when questions arose.

Diego made the process of staying in the NL very smooth! Communication was great---in the booking stage, at checkin, and regarding the property during stay. Very comfortable home, great facilities. The little town center just a few block's walk away is indeed very helpful and quite substantial. Transit very close, not difficult at all, even with luggage in tow.

This property was ideal for our family to visit our cousins in Almere. Check in was a breeze with detailed instructions from the owner. Amenities like an espresso maker and washer and dryer set it apart. The location is convenient to the Muziekwijk train and bus to go into Almere Central and Amsterdam, and walking distance to the neighborhood shopping area with a full grocery store, ATM, etc. The home’s indoor stairs are steep, and the bathtub requires a big step to get in; not ideal for small children or anyone with mobility issues but manageable for our group. The bedroom on the third floor did not have blinds on the skylight when we visited, so we weren’t able to use it for sleeping.

Good location. Convenient for groceries and train. Plenty of room for our family (4 adults). Cleanliness was moderate. Not all that well equipped but okay.

We stayed for 6 days at the property and found it as listed in the online description. We found the property extremely convenient to both the Train Station (2 blocks) and the Grocery Store (1 Block) as well as several restaurants.

We had between 3 and 5 people staying in this house over a 2 week period, which meant a lot of room for all of us. It was very pleasant, had a full sized, spacious kitchen with a large table for family meals, nice bathrooms, plenty of towels, a washer and dryer, everything we needed. It is very close to the train station, and to the AH grocery store. The backyard was a nice, private garden. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great place to return to in the evening after a busy day. Would stay here again.

For a group of 5 people we were looking for a cozy place - we found the perfect one with this house. The self-checkin went smooth, Diegos communication was really good and the information sent pre-checkin left us with a good feeling. There is a big supermarket 2 minutes away. There's also a train station, bringing you to Amsterdam Centraal within 30-45 minutes (so the 20 minutes statement in the offer is more valid for the suburbs ;-)) The house offered everything you need, beds were cozy and the overall cleanliness was very good - only very few spots could get some deep cleaning (fridge, nightstand in the top room). Our only point of criticism: The oven was broken, which we stated on arrival. Unfortunately it has not been repaired during our stay (one week). At this point i would have appreciated an offer for a little compensation, as the oven is a really important thing in a kitchen and we had to pass on a lot of possibilities due to it. We fully recommend this house! We will come back in the future :)
