Stayed Dec 10, 2025This was the perfect unit with unobstructed views of the ocean from the dining/ living room and back screened porch. There was a boardwalk onto the beach right behind the unit. The pool and hot tub were closely located as well as the grilling area. The grills are very clean and have natural gas hook up so no need for charcoal. The condo has an icemaker in the fridge. The washer and dryer are small but perfect for a few outfits and super convenient. The condo comes with a small dish soap, sponges, two coffee pods for the drip maker and couple coffee condiment sets. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Pack light because the unit is 3 flights of stairs up but that also allows for unobstructed views of the gulf. The condo is also a very short distance to Coconuts, the ice cream and coffee shop, and where golf cart rentals are available. I can’t say enough good about the resort! The beach is amazing and totally uncrowded. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Great balcony.
