Villa With a Private Pool Within Walking Distance of Carvoeiro Town Centre

Throughly enjoyed our stay, a lovely villa in a great location and everything was easy and well organised

This is a really great villa, with good facilities. Communication with manager was excellent and the problems we had were sorted out promptly. When we arrived the first time we used the sunbeds one of them collapsed (too much UV destroyed fabric), Sam the manager replaced sunbeds with new ones.The pillows in this villa desperately need replacing as they are very lumpy.I marked down location, because although not far (0.7 mile) it is a very steep hill down to the beach/town, and an even steeper one back up! That said taxis were cheap and plentiful.

We had a wonderful stay here during a mini heatwave. The aircon throughout the house worked like a dream. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a few BBQs and my husband commented on how good it was, good height options for the grill. Short walk into the town, as others have commented it is a steep hill, be prepared for a calves workout!We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is well equipped, spacious and has a fantastic outside BBQ/pool area. The pool was lovely and warm and enjoyed lots by our daughter. Would recommend!

Stayed as a group of 8 adults Great villa within easy reach of centre. Quite a steep hill but taxis very cheap if you don't fancy the walk back. Well presented and very clean. Would stay there again.

The villa was as described. Sam was fast in communicating and definitely facilitated both our entry and exit from the villa.The children enjoyed the pool immensely though the weather was a bit chilly. We either walked into town and took an Uber back or drove down and back. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was comfortable even though a bit outdated and with an unrepaired broken water line in the master bedroom.. Our main issue was the laundry. With two children and light packing, we needed to wash clothes. The washer was perfect, but the drying racks kept blowing over. A line for hanging clothes would really help. Despite the described downsides, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it, especially for families with children who enjoy pools.

Really lovely villa up the top of the hill. Lovely pool area and great to relax and sunbath. Great space and large rooms and kiving room area. Great location and we even enjoyed walking up the hill. Recommended!

Very clean property - nice little welcome pack. All bedrooms with aircon . A really lovely pool and pleasant gardens. We didn’t hire a car as the town was only a 10 minute walk but the hill down ( and up!) is really steep so a car would be recommended. Overall it ticked all the boxes for us and would recommend to to others.

This is a wonderful villa for a family holiday and we really enjoyed our stay there. There are four good sized bedrooms, including the master bedroom with an en-suite, and they all have air conditioning. The pool area works really well, with a decent sized swimming pool and plenty of space around it for sun loungers, as well as a built in family sized barbecue and seating area which we used several times. And we found that the flow from the living room onto the balcony and then down to the pool worked really well. There were six of us and we could all do what we wanted in comfort but still feel in contact with everyone else. The villa is quiet but only a short walk from the lively town of Carvoeiro where there are plenty of shops and restaurants - the walk back is up a steep hill as others have noted but you can get a taxi instead for under €5.
