Villa with a garden that directly overlooks the lake.

Incredible hosts, gracious and assisted our family with plans and logistics. For our group of 5 adults, the house was a relaxing experience. The house has updated bathrooms and kitchen, and amenities were thoughtful as well. Highly recommend this, not only for the perfect location, but the experience of meeting such a lovely and hospitable Italian family.

I highly recommend this property. It has been beautifully restored and the location is within short walking distance of restaurants, ferry landings, water taxis, and shops. Silvia, the owner could not have been more helpful with arranging reservations and putting us in contact with water taxi owners, private taxi drivers and local chefs. She was wonderful to work with and met us personally when we arrived. The villa is on the shoreline of Lake Como and has a beautiful private garden and we swam in the lake using her dock. The private water taxis picked us up right at the villa. It was such a pleasure staying at this amazing home. Thank you Silvia!!

We were 4 couples traveling to Italy for my 50th bday. This villa is breath taking! What an amazing experience from beginning to end. Silvia is an amazing host. Went out of her way to make our stay her priority. If I could give Casa Vittoria and Silvia 10 stars I would.

Thank you Silvia for making our short stay in Lake Como perfect. The location and house are just as described and it was the ideal location for us to explore the area. We loved the access to the lake, your recommendations and the ability to walk to wonderful restaurants and gelato! Looking forward to our return.

We traveled with our adult children and their partners so it was perfect for us. The house is exactly as advertised: 4 nice airconditioned bedrooms, each with their own spacious bathroom (shower water pressure was great!), a large dining room table perfect for cocktails, charcuterie and late night card games, a small fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful yard with lakefront views. There is a small elevator which was great to get suitcases up to the bedrooms on floors 2 & 3. Swimming from the dock was a highlight for all of us!! The house's location is perfect. It is a less than 10 minute (along the lake) walk to the ferry and the town where there are several great restaurants to choose from as well as a great coffee shop for morning baked goods. We had 3 meals in that town and all were excellent with no reservations needed for a party of 7. It is also walking distance to Villa del Balbianello which is not to be missed. In addition to the great house, Silvia is a 10/10 host! The moment we booked I received a message from her with a list of special experiences she recommends and could arrange for us from private chef to a private boat tour. We did a boat tour with Lake Como Water Taxi for a trip around the lake which was wonderful. Best way to see the lake!!! The house was stocked with coffee, milk, bottled water and some sweet treats when we got there. Silvia recommended great restaurants both there and in Milan. We hope to stay at Casa Vittoria again one day!

Beautiful property, magnificent lake views from all bedrooms. Excellent location, easy walking distance to restaurants, a main attraction historic Villa, and the ferry. Owner took her time explaining how to get to each attraction, best bakery, recommended restaurants which lived up to the hype, happily arranged water taxi, and was responsive when we had additional questions throughout our stay. Loved it all!

6 of us stayed at Silvia's renovated 4 Bedroom home on the edge of Tremezzina at the end of April ahead of a tour of Emilia-Romagna. Silvia was absolutely great to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations at several nearby (walkable) restaurants as well as set up a lake tour by boat. She made our check-in seamless with the help of her assistant, Signora Caterina, who also came to help with our departure check-out. The home is as described, and has very nice sized bedrooms with en suite baths, and a tidy but well equipped kitchen. The grounds are lovely and the views gorgeous. The location is well suited for walking, with the Greenway walking trail a short stroll away, and with many small authentic shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The ferry terminal in Lenno is just as close and makes getting over to Bellagio or anywhere else on the lake super easy too. All told we'd all stay here again in a second!
