-There are three air-conditioning units in the villa: one located in the first-floor corridor that supplies the upstairs area, another in the master bedroom, and a third in the living room that cools the ground floor, including the living room and both bedrooms.

GETTING AROUND:
Having your own car will give you a special sense of freedom, independence, and the possibility of seeing Ibiza more authentically. You will be able to explore all the hidden gems of the island at your own pace; therefore, we always recommend hiring a car. If driving isn't an option for you, then booking transfers would be the fastest, most convenient way of getting around the island. If you want to book or request a quote, ask :)


PLEASE NOTE:
-WE DO NOT ACCEPT EVENTS.
-This villa only accepts families and groups over 25 years old.
-No extra beds can be added to the villa.
-There is a Tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be collected separately by the host, 2 weeks before arrival.
-There is a security deposit of 1000 EUR to be paid via pre-authorization 3 days before arrival.
-POOL is for PRIVATE USE only.
- If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days, and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
-All rubbish must be taken out; any big bags of rubbish left will be charged 30 euros + vat per bag.


CHECK-IN
Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

All these payments are paid on arrival at the villa.
