Elegant, vistamar, sunset, beach walk .

Great flat clean comfortable, great kitchen, lovely decorations, great host, lovely balcony views on the bay, very quiet with a few nice bars for sunset. Honestly will be back, can't ask for better!

Apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 2 teensComfortable beds, good showers, plenty of space & AC was appreciated in 30 degreesCala Vedella beach was beautiful and we ate at Bon Sol twice & Nola Ibiza once. Both excellent The beach bar was also v nice for coffee/ snacksBakery in St Josep was a,lovely treat some mornings ( by car)

This apartment has everything you need. Two sleeping rooms each with a bathroom. Well equiped kitchen and a cosy sofa and balcony with great sea view. You can watch the sunset from the balcony! The contact with the owner was friendly and easy. The beach of Cala Vedella with nice restaurants is 5 min walk down the hill.

This is a really lovely apartment for a small family. It is situated in a resort called Club Aquarium and benefits from the facilities including the pool which is just over the road. The resort is very quiet at night and family friendly. Cala Vedella is a short 5 - 10 minute walk downhill and this has one of the best beaches in Ibiza. The sunset is truly magnificent. Around the beach there are a number of bars, restaurants and shops including a small supermarket although if you need a wider choice the supermarket in Sant Josep is much bigger. The apartment itself is simple, tastefully appointed and has all of the usual things to make it feel like home. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom which is a great feature. The pictures of the apartment are very accurate and we didn't find any faults at all. Alexandra is a great host and even offered us a late check out which was really appreciated as we had a late flight home. All in all, this is a great 2 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location!

On arrival the double bed frame (two single beds tied together with shoes laces) was broken. The owners came to fix it but knew it was already broken. He tried unsuccessfully to fix it with tape. He couldn’t, so we had to move in to the smaller twin room. They then delivered a new single base the next day but wouldn’t give us fresh linen for our guests arriving for the twin room. They said “you have only slept in it for one night”! The quality of the bed linen was very poor and no changes allowed in two weeks so we had do our laundry ourselves in a machine with no instructions (the owner did not know how to use it either). We did get it to work by going on line and having to yank the door so hard because it was rusted. We then got locked out for a couple of hours one evening because of failed locks and left in a distressing and insecure situation. A lot of the equipment is old. The instructions have been obliterated by age. The wash hand basin in double room bathroom leaked and the stopper did not work. This apartment has a wonderful view but needs significant investment.

This flat has everything you need and more: Nicely renovated bathrooms, good beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a loggia with a view of the cala Vadella and the quietness that makes you hear the cicadas and smell the pine trees. I would come again.

Have stayed in another apartment with same owner. Frank is very responsive and bothe apartments are exactly as shown on the site and have everything you need.

The apartment was perfect for us and was immaculate. Frank met us there, showed us round and recommended some sights to see and told us about the area. There is a great balcony looking out towards the sea, the rooms were all really good sizes and the showers were excellent. The area was very peaceful and literally across the road is the swimming pool which was almost always empty. There was never any problem getting a sunbed. The beach is a short walk and keep a look out for the La Playa sign on the right by some steps as it’s a shortcut down to the beach. The beach is absolutely stunning with crystal clear water and never got too crowded. The umbrellas from the apartment were really handy for the beach. The best bars are Can Jaume and Vadella Beach Bar and the best food we had was at Maria Luisa. They are all on the beach with great views. There is a small supermarket selling all the essentials and the nearest bigger supermarket (Hiper Centro) we found is in St Josep. Check in and check out was easy and there was great communication with our hosts throughout. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for having us

First time to Ibiza so was not sure what to expect. This property and location was perfect. Just a short drive from the airport so easy to get to but you are tucked away in the lovely community of Cala Vadella which has one if the prettiest beaches on the island . The apartment was simple, modern very clean and quiet. The shower is brilliant and you have a washing machine so you can pack light. We stayed for a week and with at least six beach cafes and restaurants you actually don't need to go anywhere else! You do need a car as the local grocery shop is a short drive away. Big bonus is the lovely balcony to enjoy those obligatory Sun Downers !

Highly recommended not just for the clean contemporary style and comfort of the apartment which had everything we needed including a stunning view and quiet location. Just a minutes' walk to the adult and kids pool which we visited every day which has a restaurant/pool bar that serve excellent food with great friendly service. We have been going to Ibiza for many years and know Cala Vedella very well but have always stayed at the main hotel close to the beach but loved the apartment and location for its tranquility and close proximity to the beach perfect for our three-year-old daughter. Frank was friendly and a fantastic host and was very attentive to our needs. We absolutely love this place and can't wait to book again.
