Welcome to Villa Verbena. This 1.71-acre Mediterranean-style estate sits on a sprawling property with exciting featuresat every turn. Outside, you’ll find a pool for lounging during the day, a fire pit for gathering around with friends, and string lights overhead for when the sun sets and the party comes alive. You may catch the lingering scent of local verbena flowers which increase mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Inside, step into oversized living and dining spaces with upscale interiors and modern finishes. Every room is designed at the highest quality, as are the home’s standout features, such as a basketball court and guest house. You may get lost in this large estate but no matter where you end up, it’ll be amazing!

- Please note that we require a security deposit of $1500 which will be collected after the booking has been made.
​​​​​​​- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30).
- This home contains 10 bedrooms and one bonus room.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- The pool can only be heated to a maximum of 83°.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
​​​​​​​- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.

2 car guest house garage.
A maximum of 18 cars can park onsite.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
