VILLA VERANZA -8 Bedroom Villa in Pedregal with amazing white water views!

Beautiful Villa, very clean, excellence staff.

We had an amazing time at Villa Veranza. Casandra and the whole staff were wonderful. We scheduled Alex and his band the first night of our stay and loved them so much we had them back a second time. They are a don’t miss. We were 8 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. All the food prepared by chef was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing family experience with 14 people. We had a Wonderful and accommodating host(Cassandra). She managed all needs and requests regarding transportation, house meals, activities and any issues that arose. Amazing main floor ocean view with pool, outdoor fire pit and pool table. Cleaning ladies and chefs were game changers…very good food/prep and delivery of groceries. The stairs can be challenging for older people(70)…but it was manageable. Walk to the beach was super easy! Amazing sunsets and whale watching.

The house was so beautiful, we were able to watch the whales from the patio, which was incredible. The beds were extremely comfortable, the food was amazing, and Cassandra was extremely helpful putting together transportation, massages and meals for our group. We were able to take a short walk to the beach, and felt very safe in the area!

The property was fantastic, Casandra made the stay very smooth. Chef’s meals were great.

Amazing views and the property has a ton of character

We had 16 people to this house and loved everything about it! the location to beach and town is great. the views from the pool are amazing and we really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own insuite bathroom which was perfect for our couples trip. the chef and staff were on top of everything we needed and the food was great!

We had such a great time - 7 couples and each had a room w an ocean view and lots and lots of space. We enjoyed the whales putting on a show for us (we went in Feb) and could see them from our pool as well as right off the coast when we walked the 5 minutes down to pedregal, the beautiful private beach. Cant say enough nice things about Cassandra and the chefs(Gillermo and Leo- excuse my horrendous spelling). Food was delicious and every request was fulfilled. We would love to come back again- thank you!

I would highly recommend this house. We had a great time and the entire team taking of the house did a fantastic job. Kudos to all team members for taking such good care of us.

We had a great stay at Villa Veranza. Great view to catch a sunset. Casandra, the concierge, was very responsive to any request we had. Chef accommodated all our food requests. Recommend!

I rented this house to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with 5 other couples. The house was beyond beautiful and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us. Casandra and Sigi helped plan and make our vacation flawless. The chefs food was incredible and they accommodated all our requests. The neighborhood is very safe and we loved our morning walks to the beach. The location and views from the house made it feel like paradise. We will definitely be back soon!

I can't say enough great things about this property and its staff. Both Marty, the owner, and Casandra, the property manager/concierge, were in touch with us soon after booking. Casandra, along with the chef and housecleaning staff, made everything a breeze. They were always there when you needed them but never obtrusive. Every single meal was fresh and delicious and the planning was all seamless. Casandra even helped arrange a mariachi band for our last night.. And the house...an absolute dream. The bedrooms and bathroom were all spacious and spotless...and the build of the house was all quality, not some cheap throwaway rental. We spent almost all of our time on the patio and in the infinity pool with wonderful views of the Pacific...which was just a 5-minute walk away. The gated neighborhood also gave us access to pickleball and tennis courts for a small fee. I could go on and on, but it makes me a bit sad that I'm not still there!

The house is a perfect layout for groups. What sold us was that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The staff was wonderful, they provided everything we needed and were very easy to get a hold of. We had a great time.
