Villa Ventura is an oceanfront villa located just 5 minutes south of Old Town near the Hyatt Hotel Ziva. A private, Spacious, Paradise!

Elegantly decorated and maintained by its staff of four, including a world-class private chef, the villa affords privacy for a couple and room for a large group.

Enter through an antique door down a stairway surrounded by visual delights. The living room, with its 17-foot antique beamed ceiling, is dominated on one side by a graceful fireplace and on the other by a massive painting by famous Mexican artist,

The villa is well designed for large families or groups and makes an ideal Mexico vacation package. The interior is over 7000 sq. ft. with an additional 2000 sq. ft. of terraces, patios and a heated pool overlooking the ocean.

The main level features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a deck overlooking the sea and a fully equipped kitchen with a 22-foot vaulted brick ceiling.

There is a fountain courtyard surrounded by bedrooms and two comfortable master suites. One suite has a king bed and the other, two queen beds. On this level is the pool, sundeck and a palapa-roofed bar.

There is a secluded apartment or second Master Bedroom on the level closest to the ocean, allowing couples or children as much privacy as they desire.

More on how meals work: Our wonderful chef services are included in the nightly rate. They will do all shopping, prep work, cooking, serving and clean up for two meals each day at no additional cost to you. The cost of groceries, both food and drinks are additional, and we just pass it onto you (with receipts – no service fee)
For planning purposes, estimate $40 a day per guest staying. Keep in mind this number will be on the lower end should you choose to eat out, if you have a lot of kids, vegetarians, or nondrinkers in your group. This number can be higher should you choose expensive seafood options such as lobster or shrimp each meal accompanied by top shelf liquors and pricier wines and beers. We recommend you give our staff around $600 dollars upfront to reimburse their shopping, check in mid-week, and then of course settle at the end of your stay. All money for groceries must be paid directly to our staff in CASH only, as they do not have a way to take credit cards or checks.

Breakfasts have many items that are served family style from platters of fresh fruit and bacon and a potato dish to everyone’s favorite French toast! Then, you and your guests have the option of ordering additional items such as yogurt parfaits, omelets, individually. Lunches and Dinners are ordered as a group/family style, meaning everyone is served the same dish. Our chefs are happy to work around any dietary requirements to accommodate everyone. Dinners can be up to four courses including appetizers, a soup or salad, a main dish and dessert. Sunday is our staff’s normal day off; Sunday is a great opportunity to head into town for lunch or dinner and enjoy some of the fantastic restaurant's PV has to offer.‍

Tipping of the household employees is voluntary, although is customary in Mexico. The amount of the tips would, of course, depend on the service, the length of stay, the number of guests, special service and so forth. We are frequently asked how much to tip and have established a guideline that may be of help to you. We recommend $20.00 US per person in your party per day as a good starting point. For example: A group of 12 who are staying 7 nights, 8 days would be $1920. This tip will be divided among Chef Beto and the rest of the Villa staff. It is best to put the entire tip in an envelope and give it to Chef Beto to distribute. This way, some of the people who make your stay pleasant, but whom you seldom see, such as the housemaids, are not forgotten.
