VILLA VALENTINA OCEAN VIEW HEATED POOL:
Wonderful property in Costa Adeje in the El Madroñal area, just a few minutes from the famous beaches of

Costa Adeje and close to all amenities.

Furnished with taste and elegance, it is an oasis of peace in the heart of southern Tenerife and only 20 km

from the airport of Tenerife South.

It is arranged on three levels with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 6 satellite TVs, ,air conditioning and hot air

in all rooms and capacity for up to 12 people.



The property is very bright as it is surrounded by large windows with sea views, private heated pool

outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue, outdoor furniture including sun loungers, parasols, table with chairs

and sofas.



Parking for 2/3 cars with direct access to the villa without stairs!

On the ground floor there is a large living room overlooking the garden with 2 sofas, 65' smart TV and

Playstation4, fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine

blender, oven and everything necessary for cooking.



The kitchen is equipped with a water filter that allows you to drink high quality water directly from the

tap, without having to buy and transport bottled water.

This not only saves you money in the long run, but also reduces plastic waste associated with

water bottles and contribute to environmental sustainability.

On this floor there are also two double bedrooms with two full bathrooms with showers and a third

service bathroom .

An internal staircase leads to the first floor where the master bedroom is located with a private bathroom

complete with double shower, walk-in wardrobe and sea view and a small bedroom, also with sea view, with

a sofa double bed and balcony overlooking the garden.

On the lower floor there is a small gym, table football, double hydromassage bath, 2 bedrooms with

2 private bathrooms.

The villa is equipped with photovoltaic solar panels, an excellent way to make a property more ecological

and reduce dependence on conventional energy sources.

It is an ecologically and economically smart decision that can contribute to the well-being

the environment and provide long-term benefits.

If you own an electric vehicle, you are in luck! In the villa we have installed a charging station equipped

with CCS2 cable to meet your charging needs.

An alarm system and external video surveillance complete the property.





Includes bed linen, towels and beach towels.

Groups of young people are not accepted.

For check-in after 10.30 p.m. there is a surcharge to be paid on arrival.

In case of loss of keys, an amount of € 100.00 will be charged.

In case of loss of the remote control, an amount of € 60.00 will be charged.

Every Monday and Thursday, one of our staff will clean and maintain the pool/garden.

There are several bars, a small supermarket and restaurants within walking distance, a hairdresser and a

vet.

To go to the beach it is advisable to hire a car or there are many electric scooters available in the area

or use rather cheap taxis and in 2 km you can reach the beach of Duque or beach of Fañabe.

At 800 m you will find the Gransur shopping centre with shops, restaurants and a cinema!

    We had a wonderful experience. The property was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. The interior was tastefully decorated and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. The only downside was the location of the property. While we felt very safe in the area, the roads leading up to the property were quite steep and made it a bit difficult to walk back to the property after a long day of exploring the area. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience we had at the property. The property manager Annie was also very helpful and responsive to our needs during our stay. We appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Costa Adeje. The property was fantastic!!!

    Fantastic Villa for family stays, The location high up the hill gives it a beautiful unobstructed view of the Ocean. Great terrace and pool. Modern inside. Great service from Sun Properties with check in / out, questions, recommendations, etc.. Can’t recommend enough.

    This property is amazing! And the property manager, Roberto, was terrific to work with. In advance of our arrival communication was very easy and quick. Roberto met us at the property to show us the home and returned the next day to help us with questions we had. The interior and exterior of the home is spectacular, with all the comforts of a high end property, many places to sit, relax, soak up the sun, read a book and the beds were comfy as well. The kitchen was very well stocked making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home. In addition, a bottle of wine, and a surprise snack were left for our arrival, which we very much appreciated. The location is wonderful - easy to walk to markets, restaurants and even the mall. We had a rental car (highly recommend) which allowed us to tour the island and the national park. it's possible to see the entire island. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the hills with a spectacular view and gorgeous sunsets. Our family really enjoyed the week in this beautiful setting.
