Villa Ultima, Ultimate Location, 3 Minute Walk to Cape Harbour Marina

We had a great stay. Lots of space, lots of bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Very well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. Also beach chairs and umbrellas. Great deep pool. Main TV room a little small for 6 people but that wasnt a big deal. Nice to be walkable to coffee, boat tour, restaurants. walkable

We have been renting homes in the Cape Coral area for the past 15 years and this is probably the most accommodating home that we have ever rented. The house was set up perfectly for our (2) families and grandparents, with plenty of space, sleeping accommodations, and bathrooms. The home is also in a lovely neighborhood, including attractions within walking distance. The house was extremely clean, well-kept, and well-stocked, including bicycles, fishing poles, air compressor, and plenty of towels for the pool. The homeowners (Ed and Karen) were extremely easy to work with and communication was spot on from start to finish. The information regarding the home, local dining, attractions, and shopping is very clear. I truly cannot say enough about this vacation home and all that comes with it! We would love to rent this home again!

This rental was the best I have ever stayed in! The host was super organized and responsive. The home had everything you needed and then some! The host did not cut any corners on the lovely rental! The proximity to wonderful restaurants and shops is only a few minutes walk away. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. The owners were in touch to make sure everything was simply perfect, and it absolutely was perfect. The pool is amazing, the boat dock has ample room for two boats. It was great to just walk to the end of the street to restaurants, bars, and shops. We will return! The house comes with lots of pool, toys, barbecue, bicycles, and a list goes on! So much fun.

We had an amazing time! The house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Great location for boating. The marina with restaurants and shops at the end of the street was great! Would definitely recommend.

The title says it all- absolutely the ultimate in a Florida vacation. The pool is huge & warm, garage is full of toys(fishing poles, bikes, beach umbrella & chairs) . Great location- we walked to the bait shop & Tiki bar plus restaurants & shops. 4 families with room for all. Truly an ultimate villa.

The home is welcoming, spacious, clean and just all around lovely. The neighborhood is very nice and pretty quiet. The owners provide everything you might need for an enjoyable Gulf Coast vacation, whether it be at poolside, beach side, for fishing or biking. The home is located a few minutes walk from Cape Harbour where we enjoyed some lunches and dinners on waterfront patios at three different restaurants, in addition to being able to shop for special treats ( French Press), clothing and gifts. We enjoyed a daily swim or two in a nice sized heated pool. When we didn't dine out, we found the home is well equipped for every cooking need, and when we wanted to stay in for the evening the home offers many media options. Lastly, I would like to thank Ed and Karin for thorough pre-check-in information, their prompt response to any questions we had, and for contacting us after our arrival to be sure that everything met our expectations and ask if there was anything that we needed. Upon entering Villa Ultima, those were the first words we said. The house is absolutely beautiful, the location is perfect, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Thank you, Ed and Karen! We will be back!
