Lovely stay away from the madding crowd, beach quiet and natural , local restaurants serving good food . Very good service from villa team , clean and very well equipped , pool and beds a bit worse for wear but met the purpose

Lovely Villa 1 min from sea and walking distance to several restaurants. Great host who is nearby if needed. Would recommend and stay again.

The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had before arriving there. Liked that it was clean, well-equipped, and close to everything. Also a lovely pool. A stroll out of the property and you are basically on a beach that you have to yourself. Argaka and the places around it are so lovely to explore. The owner and agents are there for everything we need, which makes our holiday unforgettable. All in all, we have a very relaxing holiday.

The villa was spacious and nicely furnished. The owner was coming almost every morning so to check if everything is ok. Friendly neighborhood. Set in beautiful countryside with stunning natural landscape views from the villa! The beach is no more than 300 meters from the property. Its very close to both Latsi and Poli (10 mins drive), with lots of supermarkets within easy reach. Accurate and helpful description. Lovely memory.

We choose Villa Tsikkos Tessera because of its location, we wanted tranquillity to unwind from our busy lives and this villa provided us with everything we needed without having to leave the property so we could relax. We would love to come back for another stay later this year. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and the pool and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, swimming, sunbathing, etc. We were really pleasantly surprised.

We have visited many villas in Cyprus, but this villa is the best. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable. There is a sandy beach, just a 1-minute walk from the property. During our stay there, we visited Polis and Agia Marina, which have really nice places for visiting. We will be back again very soon.

The villa was fantastic. It is clean and well-equipped. The pool is really big and gave us enough space to enjoy ourselves as we were 6 people. The caretaker and cleaner were very helpful and give us a lot of useful info about local shops, restaurants, and sights. Overall a perfect villa and a perfect location, we loved it and we will be back for 2 weeks next year. Highly recommend!

Villa Tsikkos Tessera was clean and the service was excellent. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. The pool is amazing and I must mention that is really good that there is a childrens pool section. Nearby are a lot of tavernas and restaurants, and we are glad that we visited those nice places with tasty specialties. We already planning our next trip to Argaka and highly recommend this villa!
