Villa Topaz with heated pool, 5 bedrooms, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, sandy beach 90m

Amazing property for a pool side holiday! The option of the beach and water activities worked perfectly for our families. Very clean, spacious and provided (and more!) everything you’d need.

Just had 2 weeks stay at Villa Topaz with 6 adults and 4 children. The villa is excellent and built to a very high standard. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were used constantly by us all. The downstairs games room and gym were a good addition and we used the pool table several times. All the bedrooms are a good size with excellent en-suites, so nobody has a substandard room. We walked over the road to the beach on alternate days and found several good restaurants to use. We didn't hire a car but used the bus several times to travel to Omis or Split. It would be useful if there was an information pack to inform how to set air condition, switch TV on, good places to eat etc. We had a wonderful stay here with our family and would highly recommend Villa Topaz.

A group of friends and my wife stayed here, the villa is honestly more gorgeous in person. The beach access is perfect, just across the street is a lovely stretch of sand and a concrete path all the way down the shore. Two minutes walk from the house there’s a hotel beach bar with very affordable drinks and shaded spots to sit and enjoy the view. Highly, highly recommend!

Great from start to finish. We arrived a little late at night but this was no problem. The Villa was already stocked with essentials which was fantastic. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

A stunning villa, spacious enough for our group of 8. The house was immaculately clean, modern, and has amazing facilities in the basement (gym, sauna, billiards etc). The owner was on hand for queries and was very responsive ( they live right next door). The basket of fruit and a fridge stocked with cold beer, wine and soft drinks was hugely appreciated at our arrival, and we had some great recommendations for local bars and restaurants within walking distance. There’s a bus stop right outside the property if you want to venture a little further into Omiś, a very pretty town, with access to lots of adventure options such as rafting, quad biking, island hopping, jet skis, zip lining etc. Some lovely little restaurants in the back streets as well - definitely worth a day trip at least once. If you don’t want to venture too far, you can access the beach right across the road. We went very late in the season, so most of the closer little beach bars were closed, but you can take a picnic after stocking up at one of the supermarkets on the way into Omiś. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, our week absolutely flew by, and we would have loved to be able to stay longer. I’m sure there would be more beach bars open during the busier times of the season, but it didn’t really feel like a hard slog to find somewhere open. The restaurants we visited were all absolutely superb. Croatian cuisine is spectacular, especially if you like seafood. Thank you so much for having us! ❤️

The property is beautiful. It is clean, well equipped and has high standards throughout. Beautiful, spacious bedrooms and en-suites. Large kitchen, lounge and dining spaces inside. The gym and pool/bar room where used in an evening and the older teens really enjoyed working out and playing tournaments. The pool is amazing, great size with plenty of space and sun loungers. The outside terrace and bbq by the pool are excellent. The olive trees round the pool are beautiful and the pool area was swept each morning before we even woke up! We also loved the basket ball hoop and enjoyed many matches. Ana was so helpful, we arrived on a national holiday so everything was shut to by groceries, but she messaged me before we arrived to warn me and ask what she could get in for us in advance. This was so kind and really appreciated. Omis is beautiful, the scenery and the views are great. There are closer small beach bars and eateries too. We did a boat tour of the islands and can highly recommend doing this. We went to split for the evening which was interesting but very busy, terrible traffic and rather over priced to eat and drink. But the history and the architecture were amazing. We never go to the same place twice but if we did this would be the only villa that we would want to. Only points to note would be if you have young children the pool doesn’t have a shallow end, I’m 168cm and couldn’t stand up comfortably. Extra blankets in bedroom would be good. Thank you so much x

A holiday for grandparents, children and grandchildren. Good location close to beach, great local buses obviated need for hire car. Supermarkets closeby. Local within 5 min walk, larger 5 min 1 euro bus ride. Villa facilities excellent all ensuite rooms, pool games room etc. Wonderful stay
