The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. A large dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals with family and friends.

Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by a landscaped, fenced garden with olive trees and views across the green Istrian countryside. Guests can relax on the covered terrace, enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area or prepare a relaxed summer dinner on the private BBQ.

Location

Villa Terra is located in the peaceful countryside of Ripenda, near Labin and the seaside resort of Rabac, offering guests a quiet base from which to explore eastern Istria.

The historic hilltop town of Labin is within easy driving distance and offers restaurants, cafés, shops and a charming old town filled with narrow streets and historic architecture.

The beaches and waterfront of Rabac are also just a short drive away. Known for its clear Adriatic waters and pebble beaches, Rabac is popular for swimming, snorkelling, diving, kayaking and boat trips along the Kvarner coast.

Nature lovers can explore walking and cycling routes around Labin and Rabac, while the surrounding Istrian countryside offers traditional villages, local restaurants, olive oil producers and wineries.
