Stayed Jan 27, 2024We stayed for almost 2 weeks in the upstairs of a colonial style house at Arcadia Retreat. It was fantastic! Neil was an awesome host who went out of his way to help us. The location was great. Although it is not right on the beach it's only ~80-100 m walk away. The retreat was very quiet (except for the wild Red Junglefowl) and we often had the pool to ourselves. It felt very safe and we were able to keep the windows and French doors onto the deck open all the time. We loved eating outside on the large private veranda and being able to cook some of our own food. The house was very clean and they provided everything we needed. The pool was an incredible place to read a book and we loved the poolside BBQ and gazebo. Arcadia Retreat was a wonderful place to stay on this relaxed island. We highly recommend it!

Stayed Jan 31, 2023My sister and I really enjoyed the home we booked, roomy, clean. Fantastic pool and pool area with BBQ. Recommend this place to those expecting a great facility.

Stayed Jun 9, 2022Apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Toilet is separate from bathroom. Our first thought was no aircon but once you opened the doors and windows, the natural ventilation was sufficient. In fact being on the first floor you could leave everything open when you went out and not worry about security which was a real plus. The big verandah made outdoor eating very pleasant. Pool was great although we did most of our swimming snorkeling in the sea.
