On one side, the east garden (400m2) with two large hundred-year-old oaks allows you to have lunch in the shade (BBQ available) or have fun at ping pong, pétanque, molky ... On the other, the West garden (300m2), sunny from 9am is ideal for relaxing: you will find the swimming pool (5mx5m) and deckchairs for sunbathing. The swimming pool is secured by an electric roller shutter.
The house is air conditioned. there are 3 bedrooms: a master suite with dressing room and bathroom; a 2ndbedroom with 140 cm bed plus 1 extra bed and finally a 3rd bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an extra bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet. The ground floor is divided into 3 areas: a kitchen open to a dining room (table for 8), a living room and a TV corner (with 2 additional single beds if necessary, bringing the total number of beds to 10). In the east as in the west of large picture windows give direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
Our cat, independent thanks to its small chatiere which gives in the laundry room, will be happy to keep you company during your stay. 2 small fish are also present and will not disturb you either!
This villa, quiet because set back from the road, will be an ideal base if you want to discover Provence. It is in the St Barnabé district (east of Marseille) which is ideally located near the North motorway which gives access to Aix en Provence (30mn), the Gorges du Verdon, the Lubéron (1h) and the motorway Is to go to Cassis (20mn), Bandol (40mn), Cannes (1h), Nice (2h) ... At the end of the street, a metro station to go directly to the center of Marseille; the old port, the departure of the shuttles for the creeks, the MUCEM ... or the southern districts (Parc Borely, the Pointe Rouge beach, etc.)
