Villa Sunshine Bay-south facing, great water view, pool, modern

Very nice vacation home and neighborhood... Manatee in the canal every morning..

The house was very nice and clean. Great location and neighborhood. !! Beautiful view and walking distance to Cape Harbour ... Bikes would be nice a nice addition to the property.. Blinds are needed for the kitchen and livng room..

House is lovely and very clean. Nice starter supplies of dish and laundry soaps. There was pool screen construction going on 3 days we were there ( 1 day at the neighbors which is basically like they are in your backyard overlooking the pool area) . So for 2 days I could not use the pool, no one gave us any notice, day 3 was check out day which again construction came at 9am and no one told us. There are no blinds on the living room windows facing the backyard so it was awkward to have someone in the backyard unannounced. The house is not cheap and a big part of why we booked was for the pool area. I'm not comfortable lounging around and swimming while people are working 10 ft away - it's awkward. I would book this house again but only if there would be no construction.

Spent a wonderful week at Sunshine Bay, the property was just as good as we’d hoped. Very clean with all the amenities you need for a family. Pool area was lovely and the views were spectacular. Highly recommend booking this villa. Communication with Coral villa and the manager was great, they were very flexible with our booking dates (initially booked pre pandemic) when were unable to travel to the US - much appreciated. 5 stars from us

Picture perfect, setting at the end of the canal! Great location for sun, wonderful pool, extremely clean and well furnished! Loved our stay and would come back!

Recently returned from a holiday in Florida and stayed at the Pelican Villa. The house looks exactly as it does on the website - nice furnishings and very clean. Nice pool area. The management team were very easy to deal with and answered any questions promptly. Located very near Camelot Park which although small was a nice place to walk and stretch your legs! Be wary of the amount of electricity that you use - there were only 2 of us and we had a $100 bill at the end of our holiday (a first for us in all the years that we've been visiting Florida). Now for the negatives - and this is totally outwith the control of the rental company but useful info. There is a lot of constrution going on - to the front of the house, the rear and side of the house - as new homes are being built so be aware that it can be noisy at times. Overall a great stay and a lovely villa.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and Father’s Day. The home is beautiful, modern, comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Check in and check out were quick and painless. The area is safe, and feels quite private, despite it being a subdivision. Loved it!

The home is very nice and very clean. It was perfect for my family. Our favorite part was the pool area with the deck chairs and outdoor seating it's the perfect place to relax. We would highly recommend this property.

This place would be perfect if it had a hot tub.

We have rented many properties in Cape Coral over the years and this home is a superior rental! The living areas were bright, fresh and inviting with a wonderful kitchen and family room. The outdoor seating was fabulous with an outstanding view down a wide canal. The pool was perfect and the grill was great! We will definitely return in the future!
