Stayed Mar 15, 2025Absolutely loved the house. The pool was perfect for the littles who could sit on the top step and still be in the water. The canel in the back was awesome for the teenage boys who love to fish. Kayaks were fun to check out the canel. Saw a manatee in the canel. Plenty of space to move around in the house. Wpuld recommend thus house!

Stayed Jul 9, 2024Property was very clean and in a great quiet neighborhood. Minor issue shortly after arrival but was quickly resolved through property manager. I have no interest in staying anywhere else in the future. Hopefully we can book this property for many years to come.

Stayed Mar 8, 2024Our stay was from March 8th - March 18th, 2024. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The grandkids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed sitting around outside just chilling. Our 8 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock- he caught several fish! We had a wonderful time .

Stayed Aug 27, 2023My kids and I stayed there for a week while we were in town for a family member’s wedding. I chose the house because of its location being close to my family, but the neighborhood was wonderful and we loved the house. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool. The house had everything we needed and felt like home. We hope to stay there again during our next visit!

Stayed Jun 14, 2023We have been renting/staying in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area for 20 years. This is the nicest house we have ever stayed in. The layout was great and our family utilized all 4 bedrooms. The master bath is huge, the walk-in closet very spacious. Our favorite part was the big screen TV that could be wheeled out to the pool area. We watched the College World Series every night. Delia, the Property Manager, was very fast to respond to questions. There is a Publix (grocery store) 4 minutes away, many restaurant options within 15 minutes…just a very convenient location. We really enjoyed our and would stay again at this house in the future.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023This property was perfect for our family. We could not have been happier with our stay. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean! The property manager responded immediately when we had a question on how to turn up the pool heater. We definitely hope to book this place again next year!
