This stylish 4-bedroom villa is situated in the tranquil village of Argaka. Orchards of apples, lemons, figs and olive groves thrive on this fertile landscape. This area is a walker’s paradise.
Entering through a Cypriot stone archway, the villa reflects Argaka’s unhurried pace. A gorgeous tropical garden houses a large swimming pool and deck with lots of sun loungers. An informal poolside dining area completes the outdoor vibe. If you’re feeling slightly sporty, extendyourself to a game of ping pong or table football.
Indoors, the villa is tastefully decked out on two levels with touches of Cypriot carved furniture in an open plan setting. A superb highlight to this villa are the views afforded from the upper patio across the Mediterranean. Sunsets never looked so good!
If you’re happy on foot, Argaka has some lovely unspoilt beaches and local eateries. Those lucky enough to visit in high summer, may witness nesting green turtles there! As the sun starts to set, enjoy some fried halloumi, olives and pita bread in the shade of a local taverna. If you want a livelier atmosphere, the resorts of Polis and Latchi are only ten minutes away.
