Villa Stratos - Two Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 5

The property itself was good but the big shock was having a derelict building site eye sore immediately next to the property. This has obviously been like this for some time given the state of things on the building site, and your photos and information did not mention this. The kitchen was also very lacking in equipment, even down to no trays for the oven, only a single rack to use and only 4 mugs, etc. We were very disappointed in this and look forward to your response

Lovely view. Very comfortable space. Refreshing pool. Only sleeps 4 but listening said 5. Perfect porch for hanging out and enjoying the view. Some extra towels would have been helpful.

Very nice property off the beaten path. We were a group of four, two couples. Split bedroom floor plan on upper floor with plenty of room on main floor. Yard is large and lush with the bonus of your own pool. Warning, front door locks automatically when shut so always have keys on your person.

The property was ideal for us, it had a lovely pool and was well located near some excellent tavernas in the nearby village. There was also a small bar /hotel a short walk from us where we could go and have a drink. The owner was helpful and the community were very friendly, we would definitely go back

We had a lovely stay in the villa. It was as described, beautiful views and in a quiet location. Car is definitely needed. Two great tavernas near by.. Cretan corner was a fave of ours as they have a play house and kids toys in the outdoor area. Pool guy came frequently and was very friendly and pool was good temp. Maid came twice in our 10 day stay. Beds were comfortable, shower was always hot and good pressure. Good mini market down the road with most essentials A few things that may require improvements or things to be aware of with the villa… 1. Ants. Any food left out or even food left in bags which were sealed - we found trials and infestations of ants everyday. We weren’t left extra bin bags so had to purchase bin bags ourselves and then additional smaller bags to put any food we cooked/had left over in. 2. TV didn’t work and WiFi was poor 3. Tried to contact number provided for help with ant and wasp infestation but with no luck or communication 4. Aircon very loud and only upstairs. Fan downstairs was very powerful but very loud 5. No tools or coals available to use with BBQ 6. Baby chair straps were broken so really unsafe to use with our 8 month old 7. Not many pegs available to use with washing line 8. Bring some condiments with you if you can as none provided (salt,sugar,tea,coffee,etc) Overall great stay and great villa. Above are not negatives but things that could help improve the stay if corrected.

We had a lovely time at the Villa - we would recommend to family and friends. I would definitely say a car is required as it is quite out of the way of the local towns and we made great use of our car during our stay.

Overall it was good,a couple of negatives.free to air tv and wifi didn't work,the property manager was pleasant and managed to set up the wifi.No air con downstairs and the fan is too loud but overall it was a nice property and a pleasant experience.the pool was nice and the view is lovely. A little bit out of the way so a car is essential

Only issue was understanding the washing machine. No garbage bag available for replacement. Serge C

Excellent, very quiet, lovely crispy white sheets, very clean property all as advertised, good local Tavernas serving local food as well as a good stocked Mini Market.
