This 4 bedroom house has a spacious outdoor living area and private pool. Here you can relax and enjoy all of what this villa has to offer. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms are included.

The location of Villa Sofia is hard to beat, standing between the main resort centre and the beach. Just 10 minutes' stroll takes you into the resort where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a water park, meaning that a hire car is not necessary. The picturesque town of Ciutadella is only 2 miles away and is definitely worth a visit. Villas Parque, Solana and Paco are all situated on the same street making these houses a great choice for large groups.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
