Luxury Villa Small Paradise is situated in the very center of town Stanici, just 5 km from the historic town of Omiš. In front of the Villa there is a beautiful, large swimming pool of 35 square meters with hydrolysis system, a Jacuzzi for 6 people and on the ground floor there is a sauna for 4 people and the fitness room. Villa can accommodate 8+2 people. Luxury Villa Small paradise has 400 square meters and is located in the area of 1000 square meters. On the ground floor, you can relax in the sauna, meditation room or fitness room. On the ground floor, there is also a game room where you can enjoy at the bar, football table, and SAT-smart TV.
Connected with the stone staircase on the first floor there is the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing different specialties or relax drinking glass of wine at the bar. On the first floor, you will find a dining area with dining table, living room with SAT- smart TV and the guest toilet. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms with carefully chosen furniture and each bedroom has en- suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with SAT-smart TVs, and have a private terrace where you can enjoy drinking your first-morning coffee with a breathtaking view of the clear and crystal blue sea and nearby islands.
Stanici is surrounded by amazing pebble beaches where you can enjoy summer joys and crystal clear sea, which are popular swimming locations for children. But if you want to explore summernightlife, and rich cultural events and feel good by the music of klapa ( a capella singing ), you have chosen the one. Also, you can visit Split, the capital city of the Dalmatia region, and the Diocletian Palace under the UNESCO protection, the unique palace famous in the world for its cultural heritage. IN UNESCO`s Split there are so many things you can experience. Our suggestion is to visit the Cathedral of St. Dominus, Peristyle, the temple of Venus, and the Romanesque city hall.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Small paradise. We were 5 adults and 3 children. Its a brand new villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can stay all day long resting near the pool or you can go to the beach which is 7 min away from the villa by car. By the way, if you stay at the Villa, The car you will need for sure. Kristina is a very nice and attentive host who does her best to make you feel comfortable every minute of your stay.

Lovely, new and modern house with all you can possibly need. The host is super helpful with all questions. Location is nice and peaceful and still very close to many different places and activities. Supermarket is nearby. Staying in this house, you will definitely need a car. I can recommend this to everyone and hope to be back myself!

The air here is clean and fresh, the sea is blue and clear, beaches are clean and calm. Most importantly, the people here are friendly and hospitable. The villa has an amazing position with overviewing the sea and nearby islands. The path to the villa is very steep but it is worth the view!

Modern villa with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is great for exploring the area. Our concierge arranged several day trips for us. The highlight was a day trip to Dubrovnik and oyster tasting along the way that was perfectly timed with our itinerary. We also took a couple of service from lovely hosts. We went rafting down the Cetina River!

We had an amazing holiday in the villa Small Paradise. It was peaceful, views are spectacular and the villa is equipped to the highest standards. The last part of the road traveling up to the villa does take some mastering, but it is worth it. We were daily pampered by our housemaid Sanja who keeps the villa immaculately clean! All in all 5/5
