Design Villa SkyBlue impresses with spaciously designed bedrooms, each featuring integrated bathrooms, as well as an impressive large, heated swimming pool and a panoramic terrace with modern loungers and lounge furniture that offer a breathtaking view of the sea -a real highlight.



The main terrace with the 43m² heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower invites you to relax and enjoy. A large covered outdoor terrace offers a shady retreat that also serves as an outdoor dining area with sea view.



On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4 people, and an inviting living room with access to the pool terrace, from which you can enjoy the majestic view of the Adriatic Sea. The open living room is furnished with a cozy sofa, an OLED flat TV, and a fireplace. A desk is also available here.



On the ground floor, you will also find the anteroom with a cloakroom and mirror, a guest bathroom, as well as a room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils.



On the first floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms with box spring beds (king-size) and integrated bathrooms, each equipped with a shower (and bathtub), double washbasin, LED mirror, and separate toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and an elegant dressing table. From here, you have access to the terrace and can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. Each bedroom has a sea view and is equipped with blackout blinds.



Parking spaces for several cars are directly available at the house.
