Stayed Jul 30, 2024We had high expections for the house but they exceeded everything,very nice host who gave us good information & hostess Claudia who gave us great tips on both beaches & places to eat. Great kitchen to cook meals. The cherry on the top was the big swimmingpool & terrance

Stayed May 19, 2024Our stay was very pleasant. The house is very comfortable and luxourous. One remarkable feature is, that every bedroom has its own, private bathroom. The garden around the house was just abou to be finished when we were there and will be very nice with the pool architectured very tastefully into the landscape. However, the construction work was communicated in detail by Lucas, our landlord, far in advance and was accepted from our side.In general the communication with Lucas was exceptionall good during the whole Process, before and during the stay. Especially when we experienced a little emergency situation, since I injured myself on the ankle and I had to see a doctor, Lucas help (from Norway) in cooperation with Claudia (the house manager in Sardignia) was more then helpfull! Thanks Lucas and Claudia again for caring about us! For us Villa Ginpretty ist a clear 5 out of 5 and we recommend it to everyone without any restriction. Yours Daniel

Stayed Aug 5, 2023It is a wonderful, grand and expansive house surrounded by the typical Sardinian countryside. The house is well renovated and equipped with every accessory. We really appreciated the silence which made us sleep well. In the evenings you can watch the stars as the house is immersed in the countryside. The house is close to the most famous beach and the location is perfect to discover Costa Smeralda, Palau, Santa Teresa di Gallura and other beautiful places in the surroundings. It is the perfect place to spend a pleasant holiday with friends. Thank you for your hospitality.
