We truly enjoyed our stay. House was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool, fire pit and kayaking in the canals. We are in close proximity to Fort Meyers, Sanibel and Captiva. Close to shopping as well. Would definitely stay at this house again!! Thank you !

Pro’s House was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with rental management was excellent and anything you will need is close by. Con’s Neighborhood was a mix between rentals and permanent homes, some of the neighborhood was a bit run down. It took nearly 30 minutes to get to Fort Myers or Captiva beaches (also must pay a toll each time you go from Cape Coral). Charged for electric usage. We rented a boat thinking we would be able to fish from it, we were told not to try as the river is only dredged in the middle and is very shallow on each side of the channel. Navigating the boat through the river is also unlike anything I’ve experienced. Unless you are familiar with the area I would not recommend renting a boat here.

We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. We highly recommend renting a boat! We had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable vacation. Thank-you!

Would have give all 5 stars except for Accuracy of online listing because list noted counter-current swimming system but when we arrived we found out that it didn't work. The counter-current swimming system was one of the main reasons why we chose the villa. Other than this we found the property clean, spacious, well appointed, and had everything we needed and more. From beach chairs, a cooler, pool floats, and plenty of towels. We liked the sonos sound system, and played many games of pool on the pool table.

Great vacation rental. The check in process was contactless, the property manager was easily accessible for questions, and the property was modern!

This house was not only clean and beautiful it was located in an area close to so many things , the boat dock was perfect we rented a boat and spent 3 days on the water and when we where back at the house we could lay by the beautiful pool ! There was even a billiard table for entrainment as well . These house felt like a home the week we spent in it . The master bathroom was gorgeous ! You will fall in love with this home ✝️???

I’ll have to admit, I always set my expectations lower than the pictures state. But this property did not let us down. Although driving through the neighborhood, I was still in doubt, when we walked through the door, we were pleasantly surprised. The house had more provisions than most rentals we stay in, the pool was refreshing, the fishing was convenient and close enough to everything else. Patricia checked us in and gave some local tips and great places to eat. We highly recommend BAM the German bakery. Also if you have kids, the Sunsplash water park is a must. All in all a wonderful place to stay.
