Villa Sabine

Lovely villa, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Couple of small issues were sorted immediately. Pool was fantastic and great to have the inflatables to use.

Relaxing holiday in a wonderful location on Lake Garda. Home was in an excellent location for touring the lake and the hosts were easy to contact and super helpful.

Lovely villa, just like the pictures and the air conditioning was wonderful to walk into after a hot day. Great location Toscolano-Maderno was a haven of peace after exploring other towns around the lake. I would recommend.

The property was in a great location and accommodated 11 people comfortably. The immediate area which was residential was very quiet yet the lake was only 200 metres away. The area was “very Italian” and had all the amenities without being a holiday resort ? being very picky maybe highlight the small changes in path level at the side of the house where you park the cars to ensure people don’t trip.

Clean, modern house, well located. 12-15 mins walk to the ferry which links the whole lake. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Well stocked supermarket nearby. This is an urban setting so there is noise from the road during the day

Great location in a quiet part of Toscolano Maderno with the lake a 30 second walk away and a 10 minute walk to the town along the lake front and a 5 min walk to a big supermarket. Villa was spotlessly clean, plenty of space with 5 bedrooms (6 if you count the office/ bedroom off the main lounge). The kitchen area was a good size with plenty of utensils/ equipment to ensure cooking was carried out with ease! Novella the host offered excellent service both prior to and during our stay and nothing was too much trouble, booking taxi and restaurants for us at our requests, answering any questions we had about the villa or area in general. The town itself is quite small with a few restaurants (within walking distance, more if you get a taxi to Gardone/ Salo etc…) Couple of minor issues, the pool lining was damaged upon arrival and this was quickly rectified once we let Novella know. The main freezer in the kitchen didn’t work very well, again this was raised and Novella said it would be sorted but we made do with the freezer in the annexe downstairs! Biggest area for improvement in my opinion would be the outside pool area where grass surrounds the pool, this quickly became very wet/ muddy with the kids jumping in and out the pool all day, also led to lots of bugs and mosquitoes in the early evening! The pool itself was a decent size and private with the villa secured by 2 big gates and a hedge for privacy and a bbq and outdoor dining space!

Property was lovely only down side was road noise but it was only 5 mins walk to lake so you can’t have everything. Novella was an excellent property manager very quick response so def would recommend using her company again

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, schöner Garten mit Pool. Betten sind prima, Klimaanlage großartig. Insgesamt ein tolles Domizil, um mit 2 eventuell 3 Familien Urlaub zu machen. Schön wäre, wenn die Poollichter abends gingen. Ebenso mehr Wassergläser u Schälchen in der Küche u ein Pizzaschneider wären sinnvoll.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und für 8 Personen ist ausreichend Platz. Immer wieder gerne! Der Pool war seeeehr kalt und leider war der Geräuschpegel durch die Baustelle nebenan teilweise sehr hoch. Aber dafür kann niemand etwas
