Villa Ruana is located in a quiet and safe area close to Praia do Castelo.

Composition of Villa Ruana:
On the first floor we have 3 en-suite bedrooms with AC, the largest bedroom has a double bed and has access to the terrace, the other 2 bedrooms have two single beds.
On the ground floor we have 2 more en suite bedrooms with AC, 1 bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.

On the ground floor we also have a large living room with smart TV, AC, gamesarea and dining area. In the living room we can go straight to the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, washing machine, DOLCE GUSTO coffee and everything you need for meals.
We have an extra WC for common use.

The barbecue area is in front of the kitchen and there is a dining area outside.

The garden has a swimming pool that can be heated at an additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE: The heated pool means that it only heats 2 to 3 degrees more than the normal pool temperature.

Parking is private and we also have a ping pong table outside.
