Stayed Jul 4, 2025Location was perfect. Just å short stroll to the beach and cozy restaurants/cafes. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and was spacious for 7 people. The house can easily fit 11-12 people.We met the owner also, and he was helpful and polite. We highly recommend this place if you want a perfect stay on AMI!

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Inside was nice. All appliances are brand new. Kitchen was very nice with new appliances. Location was central to AMI; beaches, restaurants and activities. We rented a golf cart which was parked in the large circle drive.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024This little gem was perfect for us this weekend. The location is excellent and the property is beautiful. There were a few things that we all complained about. The owner must have access to the air conditioner temperature. We could not lower the temp below 73 degrees so sleeping was very sweaty and uncomfortable. This morning when we got up to leave, the temperature was set to 78 degrees. The temperature was very uncomfortable. There are no wash clothes in the home, so bring your own. There also are no lights on the patio so you will not be able to use the patio area when it is dark out. The owner only communicated the check in process about 20 minutes before 4pm. We were getting really nervous that we had potentially been scammed. But...It all worked out with the check in process. We just wished the communication was a little better. Other than that, the home is beautiful and clean. (And, you can't beat the location)

Stayed Nov 23, 2023Villa was just as described on the listing. Easy check in and check out process. Walking distance to beach and the Main Street. We truly enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed. Would stay here again!
