Villa Roser Vell By SunVillas Mallorca

This is our second stay at this lovely villa and it didn’t disappoint. My kids loved the pool. Having 2 bathrooms is also helpful. The square is Pollença is a beautiful 10 minute walk away. The internet wifi is brilliant. There is a stunning view of the mountains. On the last night we lay on the loungers and watched the perseids meteor shower. We will be back!

The property is dated , however it is very comfortable and user friendly . The new shower and sun loungers are great . This was our second stay at Roser Vell and next year will be our third !

The villa has everything you need and is in a great location if you don't mind a little bit of local traffic noise. We didn't mind at all. The view up to the puig from poolside more than made up for it.

Lovely property and location! The owner was easily contactable when we had a few issues. Garden is a lovely size. Would’ve been nice to of had soap and toilet rolls upon arrival however, the water, bread and wine was appreciated! Would return with the added bonus of a daily visit from some very friendly cats!

Had a lovely time staying here. Outdoor space and the pool were excellent which really made the holiday. It was within walking distance to beautiful town of Pollenca and driving distance to some beautiful beaches.

A lovely little villa in the perfect location. Just a short walk into the centre of Pollenca and next to a beautiful church. Very peaceful with a lovely garden and fruit trees. Nice little pool for cooling off too.

Really well located property with a lovely garden and comfortable bedrooms and sitting rooms, plus a well-equipped kitchen. Bonus to have three visiting kittens from the garden of the church next door! Very much enjoyed our stay and excellent service from Josep.

We had an amazing break at Villa Roser Vell! The location is perfect, quiet at the end of a lovely street that takes you into the centre (10mins) The views from the garden are stunning and as you back onto the medieval church it’s not overlooked. It was exceptionally hot while we stayed and the aircon worked perfectly to keep us cool. Towels replaced 4 x times during stay and linen weekly. As mentioned it was very hot, this meant that we did have some issues with wasps in the pool, the fruit trees also encouraged them to the area. They are not particularly aggressive, there’s just a lot of them, they seem to like 1pm until 4pm especially! We would still return to the villa despite this, it can’t be helped and it was during the heatwave in July. Thanks for an amazing holiday.

First time we’ve stayed in Pollenca, but so glad we did and chose Roser Vell. For us it was the perfect location, right on the edge of town and just a 10mins walk into the centre. The property has all you need for a self-catering break and the garden had all the necessary furniture to soak up the sunshine.
