The Villa Rosella is the heart of our family winery. Scala Fenicia Winery comes from the idea of renewing the wine tradition of the island of Capri. Stayed Sep 16, 2025Great place in Capri! We loved being out of the busy city center and enjoyed the peaceful outdoor space with amazing views. Perfect place for a family vacation. There are a lot of stairs on the way to and from the house but we welcomed the exercise after all the delicious Italian cuisine we ate.

Stayed Sep 18, 2019Filippo was easy to work with and very responsive. The property was as advertised, a two bedroom villa on a winery property. It was very clean and comfortable. We took a walk on the grounds and enjoyed viewing the grapes and vegetables growing. The dog came to visit us. The location was walkable, but perhaps not for everyone. It is very close to Da Paolina restaurant and walking distance to the swimming beach. We very much enjoyed our time here; wish we stayed longer.

Stayed Jul 16, 2019We really enjoyed our stay here! We were traveling with our 3 kids and the home was spacious and clean in a great quiet location. It is within walking distance of beaches, the grocery store and other sites to see. The surrounding scenery is stunning and we enjoyed seeing the operating vineyard and drinking a bottle of the delicious wine.

Stayed Jun 7, 2018We loved this beautiful quintessential Capri villa with its bright white walls & colorful tile. It had great outdoor spaces for lounging. The property was well maintained and very clean. Fruit and flowering trees surrounded the property enhancing the ambience. Filippo, the property's owner, was so helpful before and during our stay. He gave guidance on travel plans from Rome, arranged for our transport (thanks Mr. Piero!) from the Capri docks to the villa, and patiently answered my many, many questions. A complimentary bottle of the winery's wine was waiting for us when we arrived. It was delicious! Thank you! We hope to return soon!
