House was better than advertised. The location was absolutely perfect and very convenient to access all parts of the island.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! We loved the gorgeous garden and swimming pool with stunning views of the sea and Marina Piccolo is just down the stairs and you can swim, eat & shop! Terrific location with bus and taxi service just down a flight of stairs. Michele is a gracious hostess and loves to share her beloved family home.

Beautiful villa with gorgeous yard and pool. Michelle was available to answer questions as needed. Walk down to beach club and boat rental, walk up to town for dinner. Loved watching yachts come and go. Air conditioning worked great as did all the appliances. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay! The host met us at the property and gave us a wonderful orientation to the home and the island. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and it had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the location of the home and the magnificent views. We would definitely return!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Michelle's villa!! It's located in a great quiet location with fantastic views and you can walk down to the beach and some other restaurants. Be prepared for a lot of stairs and mosquitoes though, which is normal for Capri. :) Michelle helped coordinate a private chef to cook us dinner one evening at the villa which was fabulous!! She also provided other local recommendations and was a great overall hostess. The villa looks exactly like the pictures in listing and the outdoor area was definitely our favorite part. Breathtaking views from every angle! We would definitely return to this villa if our travels bring us back to Capri!

We loved our stay and spent hours in the evening just sitting and relaxing looking down at the sea speckled with magnificent yachts. The pool was an added delight and the kitchen well stocked, as we had our breakfasts at the villa. We are already planning a returning trip just to have that view again! The villa fit our family of two adults and three teens well. The beach and a lovely restaurant are about a five minute downhill walk.

The location of the home was impeccable, the yard was even better than the pictures would lead on, the air conditioning was absolutely impressive. Michelle was a wonderful host, kind and reaponsive and the location was unparalleled. Thank you

We had a wonderful time and the house is full of charm. Michelle is lovely and was responsive to messages and flexible about the check-in. Capri is incredibly beautiful and the view from the house is amazing, but if you have never been, know that travel here is primarily by foot. Buses and taxis are available to get around the island, but getting to the house requires many steps up/down a brick walkway. The kitchen is well-stocked and there is a supermarket at the top of the hill. There are small, casual sandwich places in Marina Grande; otherwise, most sit-down restaurants require reservations. The nearby public beach at the bottom of the hill is small and gets quite crowded, so I recommend going very early or late, or opting for one of the beach clubs (reservations required). We took a boat tour from the Marina Piccola beach, which is a fantastic way to see the island. The house temperature stayed relatively comfortable (given the hottest temps in years), but one of the bedroom air conditioning units was broken and could not be repaired during our stay. The mosquitoes are relentless, so leaving doors open is not an option, and be sure to bring bug spray. The pool is shallow and warm, so very relaxing. The community is quiet and we felt safe during our stay. We hope to return one day!

Michelle’s property was in a great location, very close to marina piccola and associated taxi / bus stands. The house was very spacious for 8 adults.
