Villa Riviera Between sea view + mountain view with pool + BBQ terrace near the coast!

The house is nicely located in a beautiful village with lovely beaches, it has a great view over the valley and the sea. Stunning.

We had a really great stay! The house is very nice and even better than the pictures show and the view is the best! The only thing we missed were softer beds and less wasps. Overall, we really recommend this house and place!

Lovely villa with plenty of rooms for different family groups. Swimming pool was perfect. Another toilet and bathroom would have been helpful. In a remote very hilly area and access quite difficult. No local shops within walking distance.

We had the pleasure of renting this amazing villa for our 10 days family vacation. Very clean, good standard and great pool. Very good collaboration with the owners.

We had a horrible experience. This property is not meant for let outs. What is said on the site is not the actual reality. Having rented properties globally, this was the first time that we encountered such a petty & non transparent landlord who came up with the most bizarre of stories not to return our 1 day’s credit (we had informed them a month prior that we wanted to leave after 4 days and not 5 days). Instead of giving us our money back, they accused us of defacing the ceiling and stealing the towels… We strongly advise you not to stay in this property… 1. No check in protocol, handover or run through… everything left for the guests to figure out 2. Google pin incorrect and we spent more than an hour finding the property. No signages 3. Beach is not a walking distance but a 10 mins drive 4. Very steep slope to the property not indicated in the site. Impossible for elderly and kids to walk 5. Air cons not working - 2 out of 5 days we were without the Aircon. The remotes and batteries also not working 6. Toilet design very poor as water floods the bathroom each time you take a shower - get ready to spend half the time mopping the toilet water 7. None of the toilet doors have locks so there is no privacy - the only way to get privacy is to station someone outside each toilet 8. Basic maintenance not looked into - from the kettle being corroded beyond use to the dishwasher rack broken to water taking 30mins to refill in one of the toilets, to the bedroom lighting defective and dim 9. Several windows and doors don’t have holders/broken so be prepared for constant banging if you leave the doors and windows open 10. Single beds in the basement are not beds but couches opened out - impossible to get a good nights sleep 11. No instructions on waste disposal. We segregated the waste in 3 different bags (plastic which was cleaned and then put, paper and wet waste) and placed the 3 bags neatly in the kitchen corner. Pizza boxes stacked neatly. But the landlord’s contention is that as a guest it was our duty to reach out to them to find out where to dispose the waste!!! 12. Our reservation was for 11 members and stated 3 bathrooms but when we entered the property, only 2 bathrooms were opened. Only on calling the landlord and insisting that we wanted the 3rd bathroom, we were told on how to open the toilet. Landlords initial response on calling was that can you not manage with 2 toilets between 11 of you? Please book at own risk!

Everything fulfilled our expectations and made the rest of our trip that much more enjoyable
