Villa Rijeka (350 sqm) develops over three levels (basement, ground floor and first floor) connected by internal stairs.

The outside space includes a private heated swimming pool with sun loungers (11m x 4m; open during the period the villa is rented) and a large outdoor terrace with a furnished sitting area and alfresco dining area (with table seating 10). An open-air gym, outdoor shower and private parking is also available.
