This beautiful villa is located (900 m) from the beach and village surrounded by (flower) fields and adjacent to a nature reserve, this villa is located in a park. The style of these luxury detached villas is from the grandmother's day. Thatched roof, white plastered walls and authentic shutters on the windows.

A large garden with outside terraces and a parking space for one car complete the picture. On the ground floor are the living and dining room, open kitchen, utility room and toilet in the hall. The bedrooms as well as the bathroom with bath, separate shower cabin, toilet and bathroom furniture are located on the upper floor. This villa has 3 bedrooms.
The interior is luxurious / romantic and leaves nothing to be desired. The pot stove with chimney from Makkumer tiles is very appropriate. Tiled floor with underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the bathroom. The very complete “Old Dutch” built-in kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine / dryer in the pantry, color TV make these villas very complete.
The holiday park (150 villas) with reception is very quiet and is only accessible to residents. The park is suitable for young and old, for couples or families, for those seeking tranquility, for beachgoers and for nature lovers. A small children's play area has been set up in the middle of an island. Here the young children can enjoy with their parents, for example. The pirate ship, the football field, table tennis, Jeu de Boules and much more. You can sail, but also fish along the waterfront, so enjoy!
