- Ground floor: the entrance hall opens directly onto the large living room of 90 m2 (cathedral living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen) and large bay windows give direct access to the pool and terrace. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a sliding door and includes 2 bedrooms with terrace and pool access, a shower room and 2 separate toilets.

- Floor: it consists of a master suite with its own bathroom with bath and shower, and a furnished terrace of 12 m2. The other bedroom has a shower room, and this level also has a separate toilet.

- Villa fully air conditioned and equipped as a main house. All rooms are equipped with integrated dressing and a desk or a service.

The 200 square meters architect villa is very recent (2015). It is located close to the Pinarello Gulf in a private and small residence on a fenced and surrounded by vegetation field. This south facing field is 1500 square meters. This Villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people (6 adults and 4 children).

This villa is on 2 levels:
- ground floor: the entrance hall opens directly onto a large living room (90 m2) which consists of a living room, a dining room and a fitted kitchen. The wide windows open onto the terrace ans the swimming-pool. There are also two bedrooms and one bathroom.
- Level 1: it consists of a master suite with its own bathroom (tube and shower) and a terrace (12m2). There is another large double bedroom with a bathroom. There is a separate toilet at this level.
- the villa is equipped with air conditioning.
