American kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport.
