This beautifully restored single-storey house is located in the peace of the countryside between Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente and offers a comfortable stay for your holidays. A covered terrace next to the Roman-style pool offers a shaded area to relax and enjoy al fresco meals while the sunny surroundings of the pool and large garden offer a fantastic spot for sunbathing.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils; You will also find a small laundry room with a washing machine and sink.
