Villa Praia Mar OCV - 50m from the Beach

We have just finished our stay in Albuferia of 6 days. The town is lively and quaint and the beaches were fantastic. With that being said, this vrbo is lacking certain amenities for the price listed. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and not a lot of blankets etc. The showers were not in full working order and everyday essentials (toilet paper, garbage bags) were limited. Be prepared to clean and dispose of all garbages (a block away) before departure. The location was fantastic and within distant to all nightlife, restaurants and beach.

The natural light and multiple outdoor options made this property. Close to a quiet beach and just far enough away from the strip. This property is set in a quiet neighborhood and is exactly as described. The one “concern” when we stayed 2 units had been rented out to 2 very large families with a total of 10 kids who ruled the pool. I would look to make sure they are not permanent residents so you can enjoy the pool in warmer weather.

The property is near everything you need ... Beach, Old Town, Restaurants and shopping. The view from all 3 ocean facing balconies is spectacular. The appliances and furnishings are very modern and well maintained.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment in a quiet but ideal location. Small grocery store very close by and also just a short walk to bars, restaurants and the beach.

A great modern property, in a fabulous location with amazing views from the the front terraces. Well equipped clean and modern with everything you could need in the kitchen although we couldn't get the hob to work but that could have been user error and we didn't really need it. The pool area was very tired and some of the loungers were broken but it had obviously been closed down for a while with Covid so hopefully this will be addressed. So easy to walk to restaurants beach and Spar just around the corner. if we were being really picky as 2 girls travelling together there are no mirrors in the bedrooms which makes it difficult to get ready and no full length mirrors in the property at all. The roof terrace was amazing but lacked some decent furniture. the property next door had a lovely sofa and table which would have been lovely instead of an old wooden chair set. However that said we had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this property. The stars for cleanliness was because of an issue with flies in all the windows and we had to resort to buying flying spray.

We spent a few nights here to change the scenery while working from 'home'. It is bigger than it appears in the photos. It was warm, had great views from the various decks and rooftops and the internet was fast. The underground parking was very convenient. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. As it was the off-season and our reservation was very last minute, there was work being done on the exterior of the house with scaffolding covering the first two levels and we also found that the stovetop wasn't functioning but a hot plate had been provided instead. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the break.
