Villa Poggio la Croce is located in the wonderful Chianti countryside, just 2 km from Radda in Chianti. Surrounded by a private garden with outdoor parking for 4 cars, the villa boasts a covered dining area (with pergola and built-in barbecue), and a large panoramic terrace from which you can admire a breathtaking view over the Tuscan landscape. The terrace is provided with deck chairs, a dining table, and a ping pong table, for the enjoyment of adults andchildren.

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a beautiful round pool (10 x 8 m, depth 1 - 3 m),

open from 15th May to 15th September approximately, depending on weather conditions. The pool is equipped with parasols, sunbeds, and external shower.



Internal Description



Villa Poggio la Croce is spread over 2 floors and is tastefully furnished combining elegant comfort and Tuscan tradition. It can accommodate up to 12 people, has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi included. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, ceiling fans, and wardrobe. Pets are allowed on request. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available on request.



Basement floor: You are welcomed by a large open-space living area, artistically furnished with: a corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table. From this area you can directly access both the panoramic terrace and the garden. Following is a spacious dining room with a table for 12 people.

Between the basement and the ground floor there is an intermediate level where you will find a service bathroom and the master bedroom (with wardrobe, ensuite shower room, and adjacent private bathroom with bathtub).



Ground floor: The ground floor houses the sleeping area, consisting of 5 bedrooms divided as follows: two double bedrooms (bed width 150 cm each), two bedrooms with smaller double beds (bed width 140 cm each so it is recommended for an adult or two children), a double bedroom (bed width 160 cm).

Also on this floor there is a delightful library with sofa and sitting room with armchairs and tv.

Lastly, at guests' disposal two bathrooms with bathtub and shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity excluding heating); Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); heating on consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
