Villa Plantation - spacious, heated pool, great views, modern

The house was perfect for our family including the pool and location. When we had an issue with an appliance not working they offered a solution right away. The canal was beautiful with all the manatees.

Beautiful, peaceful location with all the conveniences of home away from home. Grocery store was 1 mile up the road so it made it really easy to stock food for our stay and cook out on the grill in the evenings!! Shopping and restaurants are close as well and it’s only about a 40 min run from the house to Sanibel & Captiva Islands to enjoy all the shells! We also loved the ability to rent a boat too (Thank you Skipper Florian!!!! - Can’t say enough good things about you so here’s a huge shout out to you for making our boat rental an amazing 1st experience) Loved having the dock right at the house too, short run up to Rumrunners restaurant and shops with free docking and easy spot to fuel up before heading out to the Gulf for the day or even just to cruise the canals - manatees & dolphins were wonderful bonuses!!! We will definitely be coming back for another stay :)

From the moment we walked in the house we could tell this was something special! Immaculately clean, beautiful views of the canal, warm inviting pool and spa! We loved the master suite. Took walks everyday to the marina. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this property to anyone especially families.

A perfect location in Cape Coral! Beautiful open water canal length views to the south and amazing sunsets to the west from the dock and upper level balcony. Sun-filled days relaxing and playing in the pool were wonderful. We traveled as a family of 4 but could have easily shared it with another family. Our host Patricia was very responsive and easy to get ahold of had we needed anything. Great location, close easy access to our favorite restaurants at Tarpon Point and Cape Harbor. A fantastic stay all around!

A few issues with air conditioning and dishwasher. But property overall was beautiful

We had a great stay! House and pool were clean and beautiful. Management was very attentive when we had a couple questions. Beautiful neighborhood!

The house was exactly how it was described and pictures were accurate. Peaceful and quiet. Only downfall is the added foreign transaction fees.

Enjoyed our stay at your home, we have stayed at many places and your was the cleanest place we have stayed. The house has everything you need. I highly recommend to anyone that they will love this home.
