Villa Penelope - Charming Protaras Centre Getaway

The pool was fantastic and the pool area very comfortable and pretty with all the flowers. Don’t be deceived by the bbq it was brilliant. Has its own electric rotisserie. The service from Lamer Homes was very good. We would book with them again. The villa could do with a little TLC on the inside, however it didn’t effect the lovely stay we had.

First thing I have to say about the villa, is the location is very good. 15 minute easy walk to the main strip in Fig Tree Bay, with plenty of really nice restaurants and bars.The villa was very clean and tidy.However, the photos paint a much better picture of the condition of the property than it actually is. It is very tired, with dated and unmatching furniture. A fair amount of water damage throughout. The pool area is in need attention. The pool liner is faded, breaking away from the side at the top, and has a pretty severe discolouration around the water line. The rattan furntinure is good, but the cushions have seen better days. There's also some random furniture in the pool area, which is just plain weird.WiFi is good, as is the TV service. The villa does have all the equipment you need in the kitchen.In summary, whilst the location is good, the villa is too tired and dated for us to return.

Pool was great nice and big. The location was handy as well not a long walk from town. The villa itself was nice and spacious.

After having a wonderful stay earlier on in the year we returned in October. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious outside area is great with a large pool.

Very nice villa. Excellent location to the beach about 350 meters. Clean neat house, with all amenities, dishes, appliances. Clean excellent pool. Lots of flowers, which is very nice. Outside area was huge, very pretty and had everything we needed. Pool a great size and able to easily walk into town, shopsea. Car is useful to get to supermarket Bathrooms are dated with main shower overflowing due to long shower curtain. However, not a deal breaker. Property fantastic for price

Great location, fantastic pool and outside space. Everything you need in the villa from satellite tv, Wi-Fi and kitchen equipment. There’s also air con in every room. Nothing

The villa is well situated in a great location. Outdoor areas are excellent and well maintained. Inside is well proportioned and has most things anyone would need. It took us 20 minutes to take a slow walk to Protaras strip and just 5 minutes to the Sea. Overall a nice Villa.

Had a fantastic relaxing holiday at villa Penelope. We didn’t spend much time inside the villa, with the weather, pool and pretty garden. Only a short walk to the beach and easy walk to fig tree bay. Highly recommended accommodation inside and out
