First time in a villa & everyone thought it was more relaxed than being in a hotelapartment..everything was to hand.villas all the way for us now fantastic experience ? ?? Nothing to dislike from us.

Spacious and clean. Well equipped. Bathroom in every bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space. Modern. Beautiful pool area and roof top terrace. Fantastic would recommend. Could have done with essentials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt pepper etc. however not an issue as shop at the end of the street. Not enough coat hangers

I was sceptical when I booked, but the communication from the start from La Mer villas was exceptional. The villa is stunning and has everything you could possibly need. 3 bedrooms all with ensuites, and a downstairs shower room. The pool is amazing. Couldn't fault anything and will definitely be booking again! Great location, 1.5miles from the main strip and plenty of beaches to choose from! Nothing to mention, everything was perfect.

The Villa is recently built and is in top condition and in a great location for Green Bay beach and convenient for Protaras and Ayia Napa. Furnished very well and very well equipped and clean. En-suites in every bedroom a real bonus. Communication both before the holiday and during with Margarita was excellent During our stay we suffered from very loud parties that went on through the night in adjacent villas which had been rented by groups of young people

Nice quiet location, yet not to far from the center (by car). Large clean villa with all necessary equipment. Pretty patio area and wonderful pool. All is good. Prices can always be improved ))

The home has a perfect location and it is very new. it has all the facilities you need and it was very clean. The swimming pool and back garden are perfect for a family of 6 or less. The best part of the house is the roof veranda, perfect for an afternoon drink with a great view. The only issue I had was the damage deposit which is a big amount for a short stay. I would recommend having a lower damage deposit.
