The Space:

Villa Pelican Bay offers a spacious and well-planned layout accommodating up to eight guests. The homefeatures four bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or groups traveling together.



Inside, the open living concept creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. The large, fully equipped kitchen opens directly to the main living area and sits next to the pool table, making it a perfect gathering space for cooking, dining, and entertainment. The interior design is modern and tasteful, with plenty of natural light throughout the home.



Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor living areas, the pool area, and outdoor spaces. The property is reserved solely for our guests to ensure privacy and comfort throughout the stay.

Villa Pelican Bay is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential neighborhood in southwest Cape Coral. The area is known for its scenic waterways, upscale homes, and relaxed atmosphere, while shopping centers, restaurants, and marinas are only a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore Cape Coral and the surrounding area comfortably. The central southwest location allows easy access to shopping, dining, beaches, and attractions throughout Southwest Florida, as well as Fort Myers and nearby destinations.

A personal follow-up check-in is typically carried out the day after arrival to ensure everything meets expectations and to assist with any questions.
