Coconut House on Treasure Beach

Trish the property manager was so helpful and communicative about property, transportation logistics and even food purchases. Would come back again. We had a fantastic vacation on Utila.

My wife and I stayed for four nights to celebrate her birthday. I had several requests ahead of time for the host, Trish, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! The house is as advertised and then so much more. The dock is amazing. It is truly boat access only and Captain Ronald is amazing. He told us “when you know what you want to do, you call me. You don’t worry about anything, you’re on vacation. You tell me and I will take care of it.” And he delivered everyday! We also had Melvin and his wife make dinner one night and it was incredible. She even made a home made tres leches cake for my wife’s birthday! Trish and her team did not miss a thing and our stay was amazing. We will be back for sure!! We alsthat

What a beautiful Caribbean paradise! Trish was a fantastic host, Ronald was an excellent boat captain. Despite our not so great weather luck we truly enjoyed our time at the coconut house. We plan to return!

Possibly the most amazing VRBO experience we have ever had. Trish was an incredible host. The house, the island and the ocean are indescribably beautiful. Highly recommend.

When we plan a trip, especially to another country, an involved house manager is key for me. Trish and her team at the Coconut House did not disappoint! Trish was extremely responsive to all of my pre trip questions (and I had a lot,) helped us pre arrange fishing, scuba, outings, and saved us when the inevitable hiccups happened. The house is beautiful, our teens all had their own bedrooms/bathrooms, and genuinely never uttered the word ‘bored.’ The dock is just as wonderful as the house, kids spent hours perfecting dives and flips, laying in the sun and watching sunsets. We saw an octopus, eagle ray, an eel, and tons of reef fish. We happily spent most of our time exploring the reefs around Treasure Beach, they are beautiful! Melvin took the boys fishing, & they came back with enough fish for the week! Kristie and Melvin cooked dinner for the first night, highly recommend that! We got to dive with Anke twice, totally personalized trips. Anke was amazing, smoothly guiding even our new diver through the experience and brought homemade treats! We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come back.

Útila is amazing, and this was a great house for our whole family. We had a wonderful trip! Trish was so kind and helpful. We went diving in the lovely waters and kayaking off the dock. Great home with great people.

A peaceful stay at Treasure Beach on Útila. Trish is outstanding and made sure that everything ran smoothly, both in preparation for the trip as well as for any needs that came up during our stay. We swam, snorkeled the house reef, discovered scuba diving with Anke, and relaxed. Far enough from town to be quiet even on Semana Santa, yet close enough to access everything that we needed or wanted.

When we decided to book this house it was due tonthe pictures and location. The pictures of this property look amazing, but wait until you arrive and see it in person. Our minds were blown at how picture perfect this house and property are. The house is large and comfortable, the bedrooms have great beds and linens. The open floor plan was great for hanging out in, but we found ourselves drawn to the amazing front porch and the perfect dock. The dock has unobstructed views of the water, the Cays, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Snorkeling from the dock is amazing with so many species observed. Trish was absolutely amazing at answering all our questions while we were planning and helped us figure things out while we were there. She made sure we had everything we needed to have the best vacation we have to date. We will be rebooking soon

Very user friendly Great property It's a little isolated but that's what we were okay with and we had a great dive operator with weedive that came to our doc and made the diving a great experience.

Accommodations were fantastic, beautiful setting, amazing snorkeling right off the dock. Quiet and secluded location in a friendly neighborhood with a wonderful host. Great little slice of paradise.
