Villa Papaya by Villa Plus

Villa Papaya is located on the outskirts of Calan Forcat, 15 minutes' walk from the resort centre. The main street - or Strip - is lined with a huge choice of shops and places to eat and drink, as well as the popular Aqua Center Waterpark. The entrance to the nearest beach is also easily reached on foot, on the way into the resort. This delightful villa has a large lawned garden with private swimming pool, and includes WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.

Villa Papaya sits on the edge of Calan Forcat, only 15 minutes' walk from the amenities in the resort centre, which lead up to the nearest beach, Cala Picas, at the end of the main street. The areas of Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have merged over time to form one of Menorca's largest holiday resorts, so there's plenty to see and do nearby, including a great waterpark right in the centre. Our Villa Pomelo is next door.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
