VILLA ON THE SEA WITH OUTDOOR POOL AND PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE SEA

Well equipped villa - although the coffee machine and dishwasher were not functioning (despite the assistance of owner). A/C works very well. Owner should provide better info on how to use équipement at check in (or post on équipement) offer a start basket (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). And provide larger garbage bins - as guests have to carry all to the city. With the luxury of the house, some basics should be provided at first. There are only 4 bedrooms - the 5th bed is on a tinny and opened mezzanine. The 4th bedroom is separate from the rest of the house, on a much lower level. Like a « honeymoon suite ». There is no access to the sea - you cannot swim in front of the house. But the views and sunsets are incredible. From the house, pool and coves.

We had a wonderful week in the Villa. It's a very cosy house. All the rooms are clean, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The outdoor area and the garden are large. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset from the terrace. The pool is perfect with an amazing seeview. Agnes and Silvia are easily accessible for questions. This accommodation is highly recommended. We enjoyed our holiday as a family in Agnes villa a lot. The villa itself, the garden around it, the pool, this great view at the ocean - just perfect! We definitely would book it again

wonderful place to stay at with great view and garden need to upgrade their wifi router. it is weak and ancient need to add more garbage cart due to various garbage separation requirements

Superb location and excellent sized property. But not maintained or clean. Needs updating. Reached at 10pm. Was not informed about a late charge until the day before arriving. Normal check in times4-8pm. So was asked to pay €100 for arriving at10pm. The swimming pool suite had a film of dust on the furniture. The curtains wouldn’t close and let the light in early morning. So couldn’t sleep in. Doors of the bathrooms wouldn’t close properly and had to pulled hard to close. However, we still had a great time in Alghero. The location and views are excellent. The short walk to the rocky beach is wonderful under the moonlight. It was good but can be a great property with little more maintenance.

We had a fabulous stay in this spacious villa. The pool and views from the pool were amazing, communication with the owner and Silvia was easy and made our arrival at the villa very straightforward. Maybe not the best place to take small children but that wasn’t a problem for us. We would love to come back!

Late changes in COVID restrictions had us looking last minute for a location. This lovely villa just south of Alghero was a real oasis of peace and calm. Away from the hustle and bustle of Costa Smerelda, the Town and region of Algehro offers the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. But this was all eclipsed by the location and views offered by the Villa. We would have happily spent our entire time by the beautiful pool or on the veranda with a view to die for. Agnes the owner was incredibly helpful and flexible, and the ever present Silvia was always on hand for advice or assistance. A car is essential although its only a ten minute drive to Alghero, which has everything you need, and the old town is very pretty. The small beach to the south is also about 10 mins away and is a great place to watch the sunset. Sleeps 8 comfortably in the 4 bedrooms (3 on lower villa floor and 1 in the pool house (with en suite and kitchenette ). The 5th “room” is a mezzanine above the lounge and has ladder access, so only really suitable for older (but not too old) ones. Villa has everything you need for a great stay, and Is a wonderful place for a holiday. *****

The place exceeded all expectations lovely grounds and swimming pool The view over the sea was fantastic. Silvia who looks after the place was lovely and took care of everything.

Villa is set in an exquisite location with outstanding views of sea. Large pool and decking area is superb, as is the terrace adjacent to the villa. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation .Would highly recommend .

Never been to such a luxury and spacious and tranquil estate before. A place I could stay forever, enjoying the view and every single sunset. Special thanks to Silvia, the housekeeper for always being helpful and with great tips for what to visit. Even if it was kind of hard leaving the estate :-)
