Villa Oliva | Adriatic Luxury Villas

We had an amazing time in this villa. We were 2 families with 2 children and everything around the villa was just perfect for the kids and adults. Kids couldn't have enough of the play area outside, the basement full of toys to share. Us adults had a fantastic time by the pool even though the temperature wasn't very pool friendly. The table tennis, basketball hoop, everything was just perfectly set up for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back here if we get the chance. There's also a supermarket, a bakery and a cafe in walking distance from the villa which was great too.

Our stay was perfect. In the house we had everything we need, it was very clean and it felt like home. It has the best location, the shop and bus stop is 4 min walk, to Zadar is 20 min by bus. Villa is situated in quiet neighbourhood, that’s why you can really relax and enjoy your stay. Last but not least, the host were so nice to us! She was so sweet, she showed us everything in the house. We are delighted with our stay and higly recommend Villa Oliva.

Very nice villa with lots of space and everything you need. Swimming pool is large and comes with a game net, though not heated. Garden has lots of games and plenty of space. BBQ comes with basic supplies. Inside is nice, clean and spacious. Kitchen is good and has everything. There is AC inside but not in 3 of the bedrooms. Bedrooms are large, plenty of space. Only one bathroom has a proper shower, though all three bathrooms are clean and have a toilet. Bathtub is nice but warm water is limited for a big tub. Host is friendly and decent. Communication is short and simple. Replies fast Area around the villa is okay, don't expect a very developed town. Neighbours were active during the day in the garden, many chickens and cocks The location itself is about 15 minutes drive into Zadar which makes shops and restaurants in hand reach We had plenty of exploring and activities within about 1h30 driving (Plitvice, KrKa). Made for a great relaxing vacation spot that we enjoyed very much!

Friendly and responsive host made check in super easy. The villa is incredible - exactly as described and fantastic value for money. Kind of in the middle of nowhere but this is no surprise from looking at the maps beforehand. We hired a car so getting around was no problem but uber is also very good. I would very much recommend for both family and friends looking for a relaxing stay in a secluded and luxury villa.

We were warmly welcomed by the mother of Nikola, the host of the house. The house is very nice and clean. It has a nice pool and a grill with all necessary equipment - we only bought some extra coal in the nearby supermarkets. Murvica lies generally very central, journeys towards Zadar or island of Pag etc. are all in perfect distance with the car. All in all a fantastic stay at the house!

A beautiful villa near Zadar - modern, very clean and very well equipped. The private pool is a huge asset, perfect for relaxation. Quiet and beautiful area. The hosts are very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend!
