Stayed Jun 24, 2023This new construction tri-level home, with tri-level air conditioning, is both stylish and comfortable. Our unit had a second functioning kitchen just off the rear patio which was nice when boiling water for pasta so as not to humify the indoors. The driveway and patio area is fully tiled -- a nice feature. And the two main bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet and dresser storage. The third room is more of a pass-through room to get from the second floor to the third, but for a child or teenager, it's fine. You are literally one block from the beach. As for the owners, Salvatore and his wife are lovely, good people, hospitable in every way, and responsive to any inquiry or request. We whole heartedly recommend this property, and we will FOR SURE be staying there when we return. Grazie mille, Salvatore!
